How cancellations, returns and refunds work
Custom products, made to order
Every Wunderscan product is custom-made to your exact specifications — from your uploaded logo and brand colors to the QR channel, call-to-action text and product selection. Because each order is unique to your business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
This policy applies to all Wunderscan products including QR business cards, large cards, stickers and table stands.
Order cancellation window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@wunderscan.com with your order number.
Once production has started (typically within 24–48 hours), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded as the product is already being manufactured to your custom design.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match the customization you confirmed during checkout, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We review every case individually. Where a manufacturing error or damage in transit is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
No cooling-off period for customized goods
Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since every Wunderscan product is customized to your brand, this exemption applies.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when an order is cancelled within the 24-hour window before production begins, or when a confirmed manufacturing error or transit damage is established. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
